enjoy a quality hunt. Over 70 percent of the
land in Lake of the woods county is public. The
woods are scenic, un crowded and the game is
Plentiful. |
| Zippel Bay is
renowned for its superb Bluebill and Mallard
hunting in the fall. In addition goose hunters
can find action in the many fields that border
the lake. It's common to hunt ducks or geese in
the morning, fish for trophy walleye or grouse
hunt in the after noon. |

Rifle season
for white-tail deer is a special time at the
resort. Success ratios are high and the
camaraderie great. Excellent grouse and bear
hunting also. Guided hunts are available.
